Another lost moment in a found photo
I'm not going to write a caption for this one, I just want to
say that one of the awesome things about collecting found photos
is that sometimes you find amazing stuff. This came from a page
of a photo album found at the Packwood yearly citywide rummage
sale along with at least seven other photos, date unknown but
I believe it's from the 1940's, and the page cost me $3. This is
the grave of Martha Jane Cannary Burke,
"Calamity Jane", one of the more storied women of the
wild frontier. A proto-feminist, you could say, and a bad-ass lady.
